We strive to ensure the accuracy of our product descriptions, photographs, and specifications. Many of the products on this website are handmade, unique, and one-of-a-kind, which means there may be slight variations. If we are unable to supply any items, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Dispatch and Delivery
At DEZIGNE, we aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. Delivery times typically range from 1 to 14 working days, depending on the item. Please note that some products may have longer delivery times, and these will be clearly stated in the item’s description. If you have any questions regarding delivery, feel free to reach out to us for more details.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy for all ready-made and manufactured products.
If you change your mind or feel that the quality of a handmade item from DEZIGNE does not meet your expectations, we will provide a full refund (excluding postage costs), provided that you follow our returns guidelines and the items are undamaged and in their original packaging. According to the UK and EU Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to inspect a product within 14 days of receiving it, as you would in a store, and can return it for a full refund if you are not satisfied. We will honor this policy if you return the product to us in 'unused, brand new condition' at your expense for an exchange or a full refund.
To qualify for a refund, the item must not have been 'used or worn'. You may remove items from their packaging to inspect and check their suitability, but if you intend to return the item, do not use it and replace it in the original packaging.
For business-to-business sales or bespoke items: We may charge a 25% restocking fee. We will inform you before creating a bespoke item or order if it qualifies for return. After placing the order, we will send you an email immediately, offering a full refund option if you wish to cancel, should the item not be returnable.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will replace or repair it promptly. Please do not attempt to repair or use a faulty item. Contact us immediately to report the issue. We cannot be held responsible for products that are misused or damaged during use. In all cases, please contact us before returning an item. If a return is necessary, we will provide you with a Returns Number, which must be quoted when returning the product.
Custom-Made and Made-to-Order Items
Custom-made and made-to-order items are created specifically to your specifications. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty. Upon ordering a custom item, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the order details and specifying whether the item is returnable or not.
For custom-made or made-to-order items, a 25% restocking fee may apply if cancellation is requested after the order has been placed but before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations and returns are not permitted unless the item is defective or not as described.
If your custom item is faulty or does not meet the agreed specifications, we will repair or replace it. Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective custom item. Do not attempt to use or repair the item yourself. We will provide instructions for returning the item, if necessary.
Returns for Non-Custom Items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags attached. Items must be returned to us within 14 days (21 days for international orders).
Items must be suitably packaged and addressed for return. We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit. Please ensure adequate postage is paid for any returned items. We will inspect returned products upon arrival.
